ABC to Produce New Miniseries Promoting Radical LGBT Agenda

If you read this column regularly, you probably already know my thoughts on the Supreme Court ruling this past June that made same-sex marriage legal. Even though I disagreed wholeheartedly with how the court handled this ruling, we’re going to have to accept (at least for now) that this is the law of the land. However, that does not mean we have to accept Hollywood continuing to shove this issue down our throats even though their agenda won. Here’s an example, ABC – the network now infamous for having a stomach-churning abortion scene set to the tune of Silent Night, among other things – has been very aggressive in helping the progressive movement, for supporting their causes, and now, attacking their critics. The villain in this case is Disney/ABC Television Group chief Ben Sherwood, who is a member of the Center for Public Integrity, an organization funded by far-left bomb thrower George Soros. The network is now producing a new LGBT miniseries written by openly gay screenwriter Daniel Lewis Black (known for the 2008 Sean Penn vehicle Milk) called When We Rise. According to’s culture column, media outlets are already gushing and fawning over this, including The Advocate and AdWeek. This should come as no surprise as TV networks are trying to continue to shove this culture down our throats in the wake of Obergefell v. Hodges.

Look, whether or not gay couples get married or not is none of my business, but ABC should probably think twice before alienating traditional Americans to the extent they have in recent years. It has ended up to be very bad for Disney’s bottom line. ABC Family, which will be rebranded as Freeform on January 12, doesn’t help matters. They push the agenda of their parent network to new levels. For example, they allow executive producer Jennifer Lopez use her show The Fosters smear Catholics for continuing to hold on to their deeply-held religious beliefs. It doesn’t get any lower than that. This latest effort is a whole new level of stupid coming out of ABC. You don’t have any idea how many lengths the network will go to alienate more than half of the population. As people are now getting much of their content from sources like Netflix, Hulu, among other things, they’re just making their situation even worse. In fact, the network is now in last place in the ratings as I told you in a previous column.

Simply changing the channel isn’t going to solve anything, we need to let ABC know we’re not going to take this anymore. Tell them you’re going to find alternatives for your entertainment. I am also asking ticket holders to Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando to wear baseball caps showing your support to any GOP candidate possible, like Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, and Marco Rubio. Simply going to alternative places like SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and The Holy Land Experience isn’t going to cut it, just wear baseball caps supporting any GOP candidate. That way Disney and NBCUniversal respectively might get the message and have ABC and NBC stop this agenda-pushing and alienating at least 40% of people who identify as conservative. For some reason, ABC especially has some kind of grudge against traditional values. The fact that the network is in bed with the radical Soros? That doesn’t help matters.
