Entertainment’s Winners & Losers – Holiday Edition
Christmas is coming, and everyone knows what that means. Content creators, retailers, and manufacturers are preparing for the holiday season. And as always, there are winners and losers regarding the culture. Here are the four nominees that stand out.
Loser – Mark Ruffalo and Adam McKay, Exploiting December Tornadoes
A devastating wave of EF4 tornadoes kit Kentucky and Oklahoma last weekend, leaving at least 100 people dead so far. But instead of paying tribute to the victims, actor Mark Ruffalo and comedian turned propagandist Adam McKay (who actually directed a climate change propaganda movie for Netflix called Don’t Look Up) made decisions to shamelessly exploit this rare but deadly December twister in an effort to fear monger over climate change:
This is what #ClimateCatastrophe looks like. It’s only going to get worse from here. Now is time to fight for our suffering and despairing youth.
McKay meanwhile tweeted this:
McKay’s retweet is also a shameless promotion of his climate change lecture. Definitely proud of himself, isn’t he? Both Ruffalo and McKay are Losers.
Loser – HBO Max, Santa, Inc.
Everybody loves a good Christmas special. The many stop-motion classics from Rankin/Bass as well as A Charlie Brown Christmas always comes to mind. But, unfortunately the woke duo of Sarah Silverman and Seth Rogen decided to demean the holiday with Santa Inc., a profanity-laced attack on Holiday traditions. To read more into it, just check out MRC Culture’s review of this 8-episode propaganda by Alexa Moutevelis. But be warned, you might not want to suffer through actually watching it. Loser doesn’t even begin to cover Silverman and Rogen.
Winner – Billie Eilish, Anti-Porn Rant
Billie Eilish is as far-left as they go, and nothing personifies this more than the bizarre speech she gave during the virtual Democratic National Convention in 2020. However, one thing you have to give her credit for is her recent anti-pornography stance. In an interview with The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM, she admitted that pornography ‘destroyed her brain’ at the age of 11. She went on to say this:
As a woman, I think porn is a disgrace. (…) The way that v*****s look in porn is f***ing crazy. No v*****s look like that. Women’s bodies don’t look like that. We don’t come like that.
Wow! It’s good to know that even devoted leftists are beginning to realize how dangerous porn is, and she also deserves kudos for realizing how wrong she was at an age like that. So, she’s a Winner – and there’s not much else to say about that.
Loser – Nickelodeon, Pushing Vaccines to Children
The far-left ViacomCBS is at it again, using its kid-aimed Nickelodeon brand as a platform for far-left lectures. This time it has to do with helping President Biden push vaccines on young children:

Full disclosure, I got both doses of the Moderna vaccine, and I never had any problems. That said, it’s not Nick’s place. The network ought to be ashamed of themselves for doing something like this. As stated this past summer, Nick had been struggling in the ratings. If you want proof of how desperate they are to re-gain their relevance, they proudly (no pun intended) made a video featuring a drag queen of all people. That should tell you everything you need to know about ViacomCBS as a whole. Calling them Losers is being kind.
